Refund Policy

Bright Parcel is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality service possible. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan. please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make things right.



Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your shipment must meet the following criteria:

  • The shipment must be damaged or lost.
  • The shipment must be undeliverable due to an error on our part.


Refund Amount

The maximum refund amount for any shipment is 100 USD or Invoice value which is lower. The actual refund amount will be determined based on the severity of the issue and the value of the shipment.



Other Rules

  • All refund requests must be made within 90 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Bright Parcel reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the above criteria.


How to Request a Refund

  • Your name and contact information
  • Your tracking number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Any supporting documentation, such as videos and photos of damaged items


Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 25-30 business days. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
